Reintegration Into the Community

When the debt has been paid by doing the time, are the inmates reintegrated into the community?

Is there a program in place actually functioning to start inmates' and defendants' reintegration into the community as soon as they enter? Are staff just claiming there is, when it actually doesn't exist? Or is pathetic? How are you going to determine the truth about if it exists and is functional?

Does the community or your faith community have a well-functioning employment program? Or is an agency just claiming to have one and collecting money for it?
